Don't Just Be a Name in the Directory

Michael Miller, Business Development Manager

No doubt you’ve gotten an invitation or two from me about our fi rst affi liate
orientation. This has been a long time coming.
The program has changed over the past 2 years. With your feedback, we have
been refining features and adding value to the benefits list. But at the end of the
day, if you don’t take advantage of the features, the benefits list is just a list with
a price tag (a price that has remained steady mind you).
We have 4 service centers that get thousands of people walking through them
every year – and they are walking past a half full brochure rack…

Between our chapters, divisions, and full board – we hold over 50 events per
year, every one of them a chance to meet people face to face. Maybe a handful
of affiliates capitalize on these invitations.

The program has evolved to provide you as a resource to our members, build up
your contacts that lead to profitable business relationships.

Many affiliates are not making use of a fraction of the features included with
membership.

We have a team, working to bring you this Realtor® audience and increasing
awareness of the diverse services you offer. If you are not there when these
Realtors® need you – then you are just a name on another growing list.

COME TO ORIENTATION!!

We will go over every single way you can reach Realtors®; we will tell you what
is included in membership and how to use it. Connect with this audience.
